"I'm NOT your Friend" Professional courtesy a false premise

Having grown up with a tough love Mother, it was often that I heard stated..."I'm not your friend, I'm your Mother, you young man, will remember that...and when you are out of the house at 18, able to care for yourself, we might become friends....but I will always be your Mother first...is that understood?

ah yeah ma..."don't ma Me".....do you understand?  Yes, Ma...!  Good.

Responsibility, or Duty to be a successful parent is the Duty of all who brings life into the world.  That said, good luck...down hill for so many years...but to my point...

The Political Class...the Politicians....
 

Republican vs Democrat, not republican and democrat...by nature it is a push, pull, that precludes the ability to be "friends."  

The notion that an adversary one moment and a friend the next moment...says one of two things.  You are either not a good friend, or, you are not a good adversary.
  It's disingenuous, at best, and more than likely, an absolute fabrication....Liberalism has made in unpopular to "fight." 

  I believe this is consistent with the politically correct approach to everything which often is counter-intuitive to the logical progression of thought.   
   It falls in line with everyone tying in a ball game rather than anyone winning....which falls in line with the socialist, "Poorer becoming poorer is fine as long as the rich become less rich. "
