Sunday, October 20, 2013 Prison Jihad: Inmates Bullied Into Converting To Islam Prison has long been a priority for Islamic supremacists. Broken, violent men are a prime target for conversion. Hardcore recruiting for Islamic jihad has been going on in the prisons for years and is well documented.
Islam & Mafia....Similar

Finally, we will consider what accounts for these many similarities between Islam and the mafia, including from an historical perspective.
1.  Allah and Muhammad/Godfather and Underboss
The padrino of larger mafia organizations and families—literally, the “godfather” or “boss of bosses”—has absolute control over his subordinates and is often greatly feared by them for his ruthlessness.  He has an “underboss,” a right-hand man who issues his orders and enforces his will.  The godfather himself is often inaccessible; mafia members need to go through the underboss or other high ranking associates.
Compare this with the relationship between Allah and his “messenger” Muhammad (in Arabic, Muhammad is most commonly referred to as al-rasul, “the messenger”). Unlike the Judeo-Christian God—a personal God, a Father, that according to Christ is to be communed with directly (Matt 6:9)—Islam’s god, Allah, is unreachable, unknowable, untouchable.  Like the godfather, he is inaccessible.   His orders are revealed by his messenger, Muhammad.
If the Judeo-Christian God calls on the faithful to “come now, let us reason together” (Isaiah 1:18), Allah says “Do not ask questions about things that, if made known to you, would only pain you” (Koran 5:101).  Just follow orders.
2.  A “Piece of the Action”
The godfather and his underboss always get a “piece of the action”—a “cut”—of all spoils acquired by their subordinates.
So do Allah and his messenger, Muhammad.  Koran 8:41 informs Muslims that “one-fifth of all war-booty you acquire goes to Allah and the messenger” (followed by Muhammad’s family and finally the needy).
3.  Assassinations
The godfather, through his underboss, regularly sends mafia men to make “hits”—to assassinate—those deemed enemies of the family.
So did Allah and his messenger.  One example:  A non-Muslim poet, Ka‘b ibn Ashraf, insulted Muhammad, prompting the latter to exclaim, “Who will kill this man who has hurt Allah and his messenger?” A young Muslim named Ibn Maslama volunteered on condition that to get close enough to assassinate Ka‘b he be allowed to lie to the poet.
Allah’s messenger agreed. Ibn Maslama traveled to Ka‘b and began to denigrate Islam and Muhammad until his disaffection became so convincing that the poet took him into his confidence. Soon thereafter, Ibn Maslama appeared with another Muslim and, while Ka‘b’s guard was down, slaughtered the poet, bringing his head to Muhammad to the usual triumphant cries of “Allahu Akbar!”
4.  Circumstance is Everything
While the mafia adheres to a general code of conduct, the godfather issues more fluid orders according to circumstances.
This is reminiscent of the entire “revelation” of the Koran, where later verses/commands contradict earlier verses/commands, depending on circumstances (known in Islamic jurisprudence as al-nāsikh wal-mansūkh, or the doctrine of abrogation).
Thus, whereas Allah supposedly told the prophet that “there is no compulsion in religion” (Koran 2:256), once the messenger grew strong enough, Allah issued new revelations calling for all-out war/jihad till Islam became supreme (Koran 8:39, 9:5, 9:29, etc.).
While other religions and scriptures may have contradictions, only Islam rationalizes them through abrogation—that is, by giving prominence to later verses which are seen as the “latest” decision of the deity.
5.  Clan Loyalty
Loyalty is fundamental in the mafia.  Following elaborate rituals of blood oaths, mafia members are expected to maintain absolute loyalty to the family, on pain of death.
Similarly, mafia members are expected always to be available for the family—“even if your wife is about to give birth,” as one of the mafia’s “ten commandments” puts it—and to defend the godfather and his honor, even if it costs their lives.
Compare this to the widespread violence and upheavals that occur whenever Allah or his prophet is offended—whenever non-Muslim “infidels” blaspheme them.  Or, as Bill Maher put it: “Its’ the only religion that acts like the mafia, that will f***ing kill you if you say the wrong thing, draw the wrong picture, or write the wrong book.”
Islam’s “Loyalty and Enmity” doctrine (al-wala’ wa’l bara’)—which calls on Muslims to be loyal to one another even if they dislike each other—is especially illustrative.  Koran 9:71 declares that “The believing [Muslim] men and believing [Muslim] women are allies of one another” (see also 8:72-75).  And according to Muhammad, “A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim. He neither oppresses him nor humiliates him nor looks down upon him….  All things of a Muslim are inviolable for his brother in faith: his blood, his wealth, and his honor”—precisely those three things that mafia members respect among each other.   This is why Muslims like U.S. Army Major Nidal Hassan, whose “worst nightmare” was to be deployed to fight fellow Muslims, often lash out.)
6.  Death to Traitors
Once a fledging mafia member takes the oath of loyalty to the mafia—including the Omertà code of silence and secrecy—trying to leave the “family” is seen as a betrayal and punishable by death.   Any family member, great or small, is given authority to kill the traitor, the “turncoat.”
Compare this to Islam.  To be born to a Muslim father immediately makes the newborn a Muslim—there are no oaths to be taken, much less any choice in the matter.   And, according to Islamic law, if born Muslims at any point in their lives choose to leave Islam, they are deemed “apostates”—traitors—and punished including by death.   Any zealous Muslim, not just the authorities, is justified in killing the apostate (hence why Muslim families that kill apostate children are rarely if ever prosecuted).
In the words of Muhammad—the messenger (“underboss”) of Allah (“godfather”):  “Whoever leaves his Islamic faith, kill him.”
7.  Distrust and Dislike of “Outsiders”
Aside from loyalty to the family, mafia members are also expected not to befriend or freely associate with “outsiders”—who by nature are not to be trusted, as they are not of the “family”—unless such a “friendship” helps advance the family’s position.
Similarly, the second half of the doctrine of Loyalty and Enmity—the enmity (al-bara’)—calls on Muslims to maintain distance from and bear enmity for all non-Muslims, or “infidels.”
Thus Koran 5:51 warns Muslims against “taking the Jews and Christians as friends and allies … whoever among you takes them for friends and allies, he is surely one of them.” According to the mainstream Islamic exegesis of al-Tabari, Koran 5:51 means that the Muslim who “allies with them [non-Muslims] and enables them against the believers, that same one is a member of their faith and community,” that is, a defector, an apostate, an enemy.
Similar scriptures include Koran 4:89, 5:54, 6:40, 9:23, and 58:22; the latter simply states that true Muslims do not befriend non-Muslims—“even if they be their fathers, sons, brothers, or kin.” Koran 60:1 declares, “O you who believe! Do not take my enemy and your enemy [non-believers] for friends: would you offer them love while they deny what has come to you of the truth [i.e., while they deny Islam]?” And Koran 4:144 declares “O you who believe! Do not take the infidels as allies instead of the believers. Do you wish to give Allah [“godfather”] a clear case against yourselves?”
8.  Deception and Dissimulation
As mentioned, close relations to non-mafia individuals that prove advantageous to the family (for example, collaboration with a “crooked cop”) are permissible—as long as the mafia keeps a safe distance, keeps the outsider at arm’s length.
Compare this to Koran 3:28 which commands “believers not to take infidels for friends and allies instead of believers… unless you but guard yourselves against them, taking precautions.” According to the standard Koran commentary of Tabari, “taking precautions” means:
If you [Muslims] are under their [non-Muslims’] authority, fearing for yourselves, behave loyally to them with your tongue while harboring inner animosity for them … [but know that] Allah has forbidden believers from being friendly or on intimate terms with the infidels rather than other believers—except when infidels are above them [in authority]. Should that be the case, let them act friendly towards them while preserving their religion.
After interpreting Koran 3:28 as meaning that Muslims may “protect” themselves “through outward show” when under non-Muslim authority, Ibn Kathir, perhaps Islam’s most celebrated exegete, quotes Islam’s prophet (“underboss”) saying: “Truly, we smile to the faces of some people, while our hearts curse them.”
Similarly, a few years ago, Sheikh Muhammad Hassan—a leading Salafi cleric in Egypt—asserted on live television that, while Muslims should never smile to the faces of non-Muslims, they should smile, however insincerely, if so doing helps empower Islam, especially in the context of da‘wa.
The idea of hating “outsiders” is apparently so ingrained in Islam that another leading Salafi cleric, Dr. Yasser al-Burhami, insists that, while Muslim men may marry Christian and Jewish women, they must hate them in their heart—and show them that they hate them in the hopes that they convert to the “family” of Islam.
(For more on the doctrine of “Loyalty and Enmity,” including references to the exegetical sources quoted above, see al-Qaeda leader Dr. Ayman Zawahiri’s comprehensive treatise by that name in The Al Qaeda Reader, pgs. 63-115.)
9.  “An Offer You Can’t Refuse”
Although the novel-turned-movie, The Godfather, is fictitious, it also captures much of the mafia’s modus operandi.  Consider, for example, that most famous of lines—“I’m going to make him an offer he can’t refuse”—spoken by the Godfather to one of his “godsons,” an aspiring actor and singer.  After being turned down by a studio director for a role that he desperately wanted, the godson turned to his Godfather for aid.
As the movie progresses, it becomes clear that the offer that can’t be refused consists of nothing less than violence and death threats: after the Godfather’s messenger to the director asking that the actor be given the role is again rejected, the director awakens the next morning to find the bloodied and decapitated head of his favorite stallion in bed with him.  The godson subsequently gets the movie role.
Throughout the context of the entire Godfather trilogy (which captures well the mafia’s approach to business) making someone “an offer they can’t refuse” means “do as I say or suffer the consequences,” possibly death.
Compare this to Islam’s threefold choice.  On Muhammad’s orders, whenever Muslims conquer a territory in the name of Islam, its non-Muslim inhabitants are given three choices: 1) convert to Islam (“join the family”), 2) keep your religious identity but pay tribute (jizya, see below) and live as an “outsider,” a subjugated dhimmi or 3) execution.
Throughout history, converting to Islam has been an “offer” that countless non-Muslims could not refuse.  In fact, this “offer” is responsible for transforming much of the Middle East and North Africa, which were Christian-majority in the 7th century when the jihad burst forth from Arabia, into the “Muslim world.”
And this offer is still alive and well today.  For example, several older and disabled Christians who were not able to join the exodus out of Islamic State controlled territories opted to convert to Islam rather than die.
Like the mafia, then, Islam’s offer to conquered non-Muslims (“outsiders”) is basically “join our ‘family,’ help us and we will help you; refuse and we hurt you.”
10.  The “Protection” Racket
Once the mafia takes over a territory, one of the primary ways it profits is by collecting “protection money” from its inhabitants.  While the protection racket has several aspects, one in particular is akin to an Islamic practice: coercing people in the mafia’s territory to pay money for “protection,” ostensibly against outside elements; in fact, the protection bought is from the mafia itself—that is, extortion money, or pizzo.   Potential “clients” who refuse to pay for the mafia’s “protection” often have their property vandalized and are routinely threatened and harassed.
Compare the collection of pizzo with the Islamic concept of jizya:  The word jizya appears in Koran 9:29: “Fight those among the People of the Book [Christians and Jews] who do not believe in Allah nor the Last Day, nor forbid what Allah and his Messenger have forbidden, nor embrace the religion of truth, until they pay the jizya with willing submission and feel themselves subdued (emphasis added).”
In the hadith, the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad—in our analogy, the “underboss”—regularly calls on Muslims to demand jizya from non-Muslims:  “If they refuse to accept Islam,” said the prophet, “demand from them the jizya. If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay jizya, seek Allah’s help and fight them.”
The root meaning of the Arabic word “jizya” is simply to “repay” or “recompense,” basically to “compensate” for something.  According to the Hans Wehr Dictionary, the standard Arabic-English dictionary, jizya is something that “takes the place” of something else, or “serves instead.”
Simply put, conquered non-Muslims were to purchase their lives, which were otherwise forfeit to their Muslim conquerors, with money.  As one medieval jurist succinctly puts it, “their lives and their possessions are only protected by reason of payment of jizya” (Crucified Again, p. 22).
And to top it off, just as the mafia rationalizes its collection of “protection money” by portraying it as money that buys mafia protection against “outsiders”—when, as mentioned, the money/tribute serves only to protect the client from the mafia itself—so too do Islam’s apologists portray the collection of jizya as money meant to buy Muslim protection from outsiders, when in fact the money/jizya buys protection from Muslims themselves.
Conclusion: Mafia—What’s In a Word?
What accounts for all these similarities between Islam and the mafia?  One clue is found in the fact that the very word “mafia,” which means “hostility to the law, boldness,” is derived from an Arabic word, mahya, which in translation means “bragging, boasting, bravado, and swaggering.”
This etymology is a reminder that Sicily, birthplace of the mafia, was under Arab/Islamic domination for over 200 years.  Aside from a borrowed etymology, could some of the mafia’s modus operandi also have been borrowed from Islam?  Isolated on their island, could native Sicilians have co-opted the techniques of social controls that they had lived under and learned from their former overlords—albeit without their Islamic veneer?
The mafia is not the only historical example of a non-Muslim criminal organization to be influenced by Islam. For example, the Thuggees — whence we get the word “thug” — were a brotherhood of allied bandits and assassins who waylaid and savagely murdered travelers in India, often by first feigning friendship. Although they were later associated with the Hindu cult of Kali, the original Thuggees were all Muslim. As late as the 19th century, a large number of Thuggees captured and convicted by the British were Muslim.
The similarities are clear: Along with assassinating his opponents, including, as seen, through treachery, Muhammad also personally engaged in banditry, ransacking the caravans of enemy tribes.
And if the words “mafia” and “thug” have Arabic/Islamic etymologies,  the words “assassinate” and “assassin” are derived from a Medieval Islamic sect: the Hashashin, who pioneered the use of political assassination—with promises of a hedonistic paradise for the assassin who almost certainly died—in the name of Islam.
At any rate, when HBO personality Bill Maher recently proclaimed that Islam is “the only religion that acts like the mafia, that will f***ing kill you if you say the wrong thing, draw the wrong picture, or write the wrong book,” he was barely touching on the similarities between the mafia and other criminal organizations, and Islam.

Obama...by the time they know..."It'll be too LATE" the Venuti Theorem..

1/17/2018 revision

This post written well before President Trump was elected..
I convinced myself...Obama would never step down....
I GUESS I was WRONG.....OR>...OR...was I really wrong...
should I have simply exchanged Obama would never step down WITH the LEFT will never "step down"... #deepSTATE ..
..I don't think, after all, I WAS WRONG...

To Catch a Thief you must BE and/or THINK like a thief

Nothing short of Brilliant....!  By the time they find out it will be too late.
Don't BE THE dope on the ROPES

"It'll be too LATE"   the Venuti Theorem.. Obama explain.....so even Conservatives get it... To many pundits are confused with Obama's "motivation." Stupid, unattached, misguided....

Dam it, folks, the guys' a genius....right out of the ghetto..the hood...He Deceiving us...

As someone who grew up in crime...as my Mother put it..."you'll tell me anything to make me happy, and then you will go on and do as you well please...what you feel like doing.

That's exactly right, in my juvenile years I understood the "pulling the wool" over your eys.. So I have the Latest Venuti Theorem... Obama's tactic is this. "Yes you will find out everything...but just a bit too late."....suckers...

My Mother said, I might not catch you today, but I will tomorrow, or the next day...etc...she was not wrong...

BUT many of the things she found out about was a tad late...I left home already, etc....Just like OBAMA care....

How did Obama Care "get away with it."....Pelosi stated...you will know about what's in the bill after the bill is signed." Translation...by then...it'll be too late.

A liar using this tactic as I had once did while having been convicted OF Felonies in the Army and being "caught." I had to lie my way through my natural discharge date, and in doing so...I made it out without going to jail.

But how I lied, and got caught in every lie, although each lie bought me more time....

I went so far as 5 lies that took, 9 months before I just ...got discharge...it works....this is Obama, and the tact of the administration to lie, buy time, once caught, admit you were lying, then lie again, repeat...etc...

Islam being taught as Primary religion for blacks...

Book in progress comments accepted Generalazation in the Abstract...

Arguing a point of view using generalizations in the abstract is fine, but that's not what the Media-Ocracy does.

The Media-Ocracy takes its generalizations and applies them to specific cases.  Logicians call that using the
Fallacy of Accident.  For instance, shooting someone is a crime, and in the course of duty sometimes police officers have to shoot dangerous people.  The Media-Ocracy would then jump to the false conclusion that any police officer who shoots a bad guy is, himself, a criminal!

They also make this logical mistake in reverse, which is called the
Fallacy of Reverse Accident.  The Media-Ocracy would have you believe that because one police officer may have acted improperly, all our men and women in blue are bad.

The media's lack of integrity drives it to spread these falsehoods across the broadcast and print outlets, and the Internet is even worse.  This
illogic spread by the Media-Ocracy is accepted as fact by much of the American public.  The media promotes conflict by highlighting the negative and contentious.  Have you ever heard a news report telling you that all the flights into Phoenix landed safely today?  Of course not!  But if one plane goes down, the media scares the public into thinking such occurrences are commonplace.  That's the logical fallacy of “argumentum in terrorem”, or appeal to fear.  Now we are seeing the self-appointed guardians of the realm training their man Obama to use their revolting tactic of wielding fear like a cudgel.

The same rules apply to our every day conversations.  We all know someone who is always contrary, citing exceptions to the rule. If your friend tells you that, “Tax cuts are bad for business.  I'm an accountant, and lower taxes mean fewer customers hiring me to save them on their taxes,” you are probably not going to call him on his fallacious reasoning.  Your have “bought” the crap your friend is “selling.”  The reason we do this is because the Media-Ocracy, which has surrounded most Americans in this generation, has programmed us to be afraid of circumstances beyond our control, instead of inspiring Americans to reach higher, work harder and succeed despite adversity.

The America I love doesn't focus on what it cannot do; it focuses on our incredible power and potential.

Book in progress comments wecolmed....who me generation

I want to do what I want, when I want, and I want it now...says the grandchildren of the "ME" generation

This seed of contempt was first seen in the ME GENERATION of the fifty's, fermented in the home of the upper class.
The slippery slope was off to a great start.  This generation I chose not to to participate in gave birth to the "WHO ME" generation, the slope growing more slippery,  provided their parents with their first grandchild, the NOT ME generation.

It is difficult to name the following generation except to anticipate that it will be named the "NOT ME EITHER" generation.  It is this that I hope to intercept, and impact America, their is no time to lose, for it will be too late, as in Rome and all that fell with it.

The world had evolved post WWII ...for now to “Keep up with the Jones”  the need for  a two family income was paramount, Children now came second. The world of Visa, Mastercard has arrived.

Compensation for the lack parental love and devotion came in three forms.

1. Material things.
2. No boundaries.
3. No expectations

So much of what needs to be said is not being said by anyone. Many point of views. cultural, political, social have been stifled. Contempt for authority bred by modern-era parenting of "when I have time" has defined our youth of the past, modeling today's behavior for the children of tomorrow.
The GOTCHA MEDIA,  provides leads to the legal community to create what is simply an ongoing and growing litigious enviornment that precludes positive and cooperative interaction (yes, civilized)  with those who disagree, regardless of the sides taken.
Add the dynamic of enabling the performance lacking citizenry and what  has been created, but for survival alone, is a politically incorrect enviornment.  To me it is Inpolitically correct and it is the basis of the thesis for “Beyond Puke.” http://www.beyondpuke.com
The lack of boundaries parents demand is a direct result from the guilt felt when given things instead of love

Going down, going down, down, down, down, down....I'm going Down....just like the song...more to the point down to Hell.. I know all to well, for I have come from just that place....but what alarms me is our mediaoracy that governs us today is convincing us that down isn't really going down....its like the “new up.”  I mean its cool isn't it...to experience the pain, the agony,...it must be.

It must be indeed, for we seem to take celebritory pleasure from our association with and the enabling of those who had to fight whatever tragedyd'jor of the day is....Now I have to tell you, it isn't any place where you really want to be...the elite that take pleasure in the visitation of such negative delights soothing their guilt for having life easy and unconsciencely is feeling why am I so lucky...the elite aren't even aware of this septic tank of information that poisons their thinking is in fact the devil we all wish to identify.

The “gotcha culture” uses personal attacks, just like children in a school yard, when making their case as in “putting you down” they are elevating themselves, by dropping to new lows, remember...going down...they have actually risen to new heights....alarming isn't it...

Growing up Italian, I thought was pretty cool...I don't know how that was put into my head, perhaps living in the day of which Italian were celebrated much like blacks are today in rap.  I mean think about it, I believe we gave birth to cool, we gave birth to latin rhythm and rhyme..This was a good thing for me, because I certainly identified with it....your Italian?  However it was also the root cause of disdain for the anglo friends who had material things where we did not, and who did not carry themselves as confidently as I did.  I always remember being proud.  I just thought that pride was everything and it was much more than a word...

I saw the celebration of the culture wean from the Italian who now would rather identify themselves as white.  For most of the ones that really wanted to succeed, in fact did.  The many others who simply like most other “many others” of all ethnic varieties gave no thought to the matter, thus...Italians now have little to no identity.
I saw this coming early on my days of thought, in the 60's and on,..the lack of support of the Knights of Columbus, or thie other paternal organizations the maintain the culture as a community within their American lives.

Like church, religion and such, I saw the decline from the very days of my childhood.  My mind being challenged with the lessons of life and the politics of friends, associates, kids in the playground all of that, while ideas, obviously greater and reaching further than that of my pears.  How many times I would here, “Tony, why so serious,”  Or earlier on, I simply didn't fit in, and chose not to try very hard.

It seem the more I observed, the more I came to understand that I'm really not only not missing very much, but I'm also avoiding being poisoned by behavior and thought not worthy of someone who knows better.

It seems that the lives of the privileged makes worry about nothing by turning it into something an artform.  This is the seed of the illness of victimitis

It seems the mission of our government leaders has more to do with creating the impression that the nothing they are doing looks instead to be a look how much we have done

The privileged without the experience of bad receives little true satisfaction.  I use the term, you haven't know enough bad to know what good is.
Imagine everyone being pretty.  How could you describe, never mind appreciate pretty..Natural law compels opposites forces to exist.  That being said, without the understanding of the both, the blindly see just one.l

unless through their experience growing up, parents are instilling the good fortune put upon them was a blessing that carries a responsibility to the universe at large and those whom you love in particular.  This lesson is not something that without a moral compass can be taught.

Watching the history of the 60's and seeing all of the Colleges and Universities that were protesting.  To the degree of Kent State...I had no idea just how many and frequent, and violent it was.

The upperclass whites who rejected me in every way,  while I was doing my duty (for what choice did I have?) This revolt, while being stone 24/7, many attribute to the empowering of North Viet-nam was in fact the beginning top the end of our culture as we know it...This while being looked upon through the eyes of the liberal media whose own agenda fuled much of everything, look at today...
I was in Vietnam at the time.  But thinking I realized these angry kids, these disrespectful little turds that were spitting in the eye of authority we now some of our most respected leaders, business and government officials.  Is it any wonder our culture, our intrastructure, our education, and health care systems...now, what an Excon is an Antetode to the mess that you all have left me wit having to expose

Book in progress comments wecolmed...."story to tell" need edit fix

I have a story to tell. I am a desperate man that is totally fed up with what is going on in legitimate society. I’m an adult male, a criminal all my adult life. Maintaining the child’s eye while also seeing up front and center from the eyes of an ex-con, Viet Nam Vet, porn actor, drug addict for over 20 years, newspaper publisher – but most of all a decent guy who has just experienced a big more color than most others have.  A good guy that did a lot of bad things.                         I have been accused of being a “know it all.” I have always wondered about that – what would intrigue me? It was mostly women that would say this – I don’t hang out with guys, I’m first and foremost always about women. Why is it that some are fascinated by a man’s understanding of many things, and as the emotional comfort zone becomes thicker, often with contempt for one with low self esteem – I would learn later in life that was often the reason that people would then resent that you knew so much. Turns out that I was reminding this person of how much they didn’t know, while I referred to myself with pride. Those with self esteem became jealous and angry and didn’t even know they were doing it. They were often simply lost. It was often explained to me that it’s about people’s inability to support their argument.                                 I don’t know what it was about me that had me totally convinced that I knew a lot more than I truly believed deep down inside. No one ever was there to support me. Mother was always working. Dad was gone by the time I was ten, and he was never around.                                                             It is what it is. It’s that simple. There is so much crap in the media that I’m going to have to put together some kind of death squad. The problem is that bad people do bad things to good people. All the good people do to the bad people is try to be good to them, and that is bad because it never works. Never.                                                                                                              So what is happening in the war on terrorism? I haven’t heard a lot of what needs to be said. Why? Because we are all making money, acquiring fame and celebrity by promoting and following up with the damned status quo of misinformation, disinformation, no information and over saturation by the media.                                                                                                                                   The media will be the death of us. What do we call “poor” in these United States? Let’s take that poor ethnic person who is crying poor – if they were in their native home area of the world they would be in the top 5% of wealth in that country. Isn’t that something?                          Do you remember when you needed only one healthy income to run a household? When we didn’t have all those highways to handle all those cars that bring twice as many people to work as 40 years ago? Do you remember when you couldn’t buy something, most people             would simply say “I can’t afford it. I’m going to save to get that item.” People don’t do that anymore. It’s embarrassing. Now you simply charge it. You are charging and over-charging. Statistics show that we are spending over 5% to pay interest on the things we bought but could not afford. It used to be if you can’t buy it with cash up front you can’t afford to buy it! Not so anymore.                  The theory now is don’t let that fool you, for the media and commercials don’t want to send you that message. The people that make money providing you with programming will not espouse such a thing as social responsibility or explain what the hell that is.                                                 Everything expands. Now not only do you have credit to buy, but the same creditors  who made it possible for our parents to afford what they can’t afford, they have taught their children how to work two jobs and can now see the           pleasure of life. For there is so much interest needed to pay these debts off you say you can’t afford to borrow anymore?                                                                 Imagine that – can’t afford to borrow! Perhaps they can’t even buy groceries. What I want to know is that if manufacturers can’t afford to make any more products because their wholesalers extended too much credit to the retailers who expanded too much credit that now there is no money for the wholesalers to buy products to ell back to the retailers – what will the manufacturers do?  How about “no payments for 18 months?”  We let the wholesalers buy from the manufacturers without paying so they can sell to the retailers who won’t have to pay for 12 months – and now they can go on the television, buy advertising on credit. They have no cash, so they can advertise to the consumer, the greedy public who will then hear they can load up. Buy all their Christmas goodies, and not pay anything for one full year. Everything expands, even in the negative. And this is not good.                                                                                                                       There is so much media, and we all want to be stars, so the bar continually lowers in conjunction with the need to fulfill more volumes of people.                                                                  I’m a naturalist. I believe in nature. Love is energy. My mother Elly was visiting three sons in three prisons in Massachusetts. I grew up with her mantra of “smile and people will smile with you. Cry and you’ll cry alone.” She used to kick our asses, and say “If you don’t tell me the truth now, one day someone is going to tell me and I’m going to give it to you twice as hard.”  We told her. But not for long. It was just a follow through from her upbringing. It was a mother who loved to the umpth degree. She is my role model. She never made us feel like we weren’t safe. I knew we were poor. Growing up in the neighborhood outside Brockton on the better side of the tracks, but just across the street were the really well off families. At school I simply wasn’t all that loved by friends. There were a lot of bullies. I couldn’t fight unless I was mad – and I was always a pretty happy go lucky kid. A happy kid in an unhappy childhood.. I didn’t like school. Girls didn’t like me. I was too small, too young, and was poor – an embarrassing thing for me.                                                                                                                                            Where I came from and where I am now is the stuff movies are made of. Now I’m the publisher of a successful travel publication. With that being said, I have to say that I was always too humble to think that my life was that worthy. Who would care about my life? But guess what? The times are a changin’. There is so much crap amount of media channels that the absolute need for copy is unrelenting. Like a thirst that is never quenched. Everyone is making money and I’m an entrepreneur.                                                                                                                         That’s right. I was a crook, an entrepreneur when I lived the life of a Viet Nam vet, turned heroin addict, turned bank robber. Jail escape to port start to newspaper publisher. That’s what I think this is all about. The reason I’m expounding on this is to allow you to understand who I really am. I’m a smart son of a bitch, finding out that all my life I’ve been living by a triad of triads and there are three kinds of people in the world.                                                                            1.  Those who make things happen.                                                                                        2.  Those who watch the people that make things happen.                                                    3.  And finally the vast majoritythat don’t have a clue to what is going on.                                     It’s all relative. It is those who have more of the ignorance that I talk about. I’m learning that I’m a genius, I’m entertaining, I’m pretty damned interesting, but I’m also a dichotomy in so many ways.                                                                                                                                                          As a kid growing up, I was always afraid of silence.  I would always imagine someone in my company would be thinking negatively of me, if I didn’t learn to entertain them and fill the air with sounds. The only naturally occurring thing that would go on would be them thinking bad of me. So I quickly became one with personality.                                                                                             I was quick-witted, sarcastic to a tee.  I remember stealing pennies from my mother’s coin jar when the ice cream truck came by. My mother never “caught” me. She didn’t have to – she just knew. And I knew that she knew. The shame was enough to deal with.                                                  My mother was a garment worker. After she would fix dinner for us, she would take me with her to her night job in the factory, and I would trim zippers for her and her co-workers. I was seven years old and making a quarter an hour.                                                                                        Herein lies a dichotomy. I am an ex this and an ex that, and ex everything under than the sun that is less than – shall we say respectful? Yet I have opinions that you will not be able to brush away with the usual “what does he know” adage. Once you see where I have come from, and once you see just how “right on” I am about things, you will come away with a whole lot of everything to think about. My experiences have made me wise.                                                                I know what needs to be done for this country. I have been listening to the politicians, and the “talking heads” and everyone is out for the same thing – fame and fortune. No matter who they are, good or bad, and it’s really all relative. But do the right thing? Are you kidding me? And people still don’t get it. People are dumb, not so much intellectually but emotionally. People have little or no emotional intelligence, which used to be called common sense, and the politicians know this. The proof they have is that people believe them.                                      The media is screwed up. The First Amendment is screwed up. Technology is screwed up. I don’t believe the world will even be here in 30 – 100 years. If we don’t do it ourselves, the weather is going to do it. The technology of the mass media is making everyone aware of everyone’s good fortune, and they are getting it every day. This technology is killing us.                                 The mass media is making everyone aware of everyone’s good fortune, and they are getting it every day. This business about fame and fortune made in what my mother would call “blood money.” These “talking heads” what we have on Fox, CNN, so much product out there to fill. So much demand for product that the cable channels are all serving the lowest common denominator. We are sinking lower and lower.                                                                                 And here is the reason you are reading this book. Because the further you get into it, and into my head, the more intrigued you become. Because I am telling you what to think, programming you in how to think. Why not? The media does it. Don’t try to tell me that the media is only serving their viewers, their listeners, their readership. I already told you I’m a newspaper publisher. So now you are really compelled! You drop the money down to buy this book so of course you are going to read it. You will tell your friends, and they will tell their friends, and I may end up with my own website after this.                                                                             But seriously – the reason you are reading this book is because I have a lot to say, and I’m quite entertaining, if I do say so myself. I must publish or perish. Yes, I am a newspaper publisher, but that is for another page as well.                                                                                       As for what you are saying to yourselves, see how much I know – or think that I know – for you don’t know unless you know that you know – if you think you know – then you don’t know! You get it! At any rate, I am here to talk about all the right side of political stuff to the right. I’m an ex-con, a drug user, an adult entertainer, a stand-up comedian. Yes, you see I think those on the right side of the aisle are the grown-ups. Because you see, I was like them on the left when I was a kid. I wanted what I wanted and I wanted it now. If you don’t give it to me I’m going to scream, holler, yell, lie, cheat, steal and ill. You want to talk about human rights? Let’s see how un-human it is when this civilization goes down the way of the Roman Empire.                             As for me, I’m a salesman. I know more about you than you know. Oh yes I do. But like anything else, tell me what kind of person you are and I will tell you what kind of salesman you are or whatever else it is. Because enough of us are not judging or assessing ourselves or others with what makes up who they are. Instead, it’s what they are. I an actor, a teacher, or whatever I need to be. And then whatever is felt upon the community you are presently in, and the way they feel about whatever it is you do. Just remember perception is reality, so if they think it is, it is. It’s that simple.

Book in progress comments wecolmed....Tony's maxims..

                                                            Tony’s Maxims

1.  Life is about Survival; everything depends on it.
Survival is paramount. Without life, there is no freedom, happiness, liberty nor other human desires, such as fame, fortune, power, gratification, etc.

2. Nature is to be synonymous and in harmony with religious beliefs.
People desire it in relation to a person, place or thing in order to look up to, answer to it, and to live for something higher than themselves.  Governments, Monarchs and other rulers have understood this and aligned themselves accordingly.

3.  Life is ruled by the Laws of Nature
a.  Everything expands.
b. There are NO ABSOLUTES. Things are not either/or. In reality, it is to the degree of which      things are this or that.
c. It isn’t how good someone is or isn’t; it is how bad they are not.
d. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
e. Things come in three’s.

4.  People in general are not smart, and are too easily led.
In this case, it means being reactionary instead of activist. What is your reaction?  Reactions are based on matters of the heart and not of the mind.  Response, or “activism” requires a working relationship with your
a.  Critical thinking skills, and your moral compass.
b. Your need to have to support for those you value before you can come to a conclusion to a question. Simply put, it means do you think for yourself?
c. Accountability for actions, allowing truth to speak for itself.

5.  Men are inherently evil, but can learn otherwise.
If you consider that survival is paramount, then it is inherent for us as  humans and primal beings to take by force of by deception anything that someone has that you feel you need for your own survival. It’s an innate need for self-preservation.

6. Media drives reality and creates perception. An illusion that is (n’t)
Those who see perception as reality are in fact living an illusion. The media’s ability to shape our reality by creating perceptions is used in all areas of our daily lives, e.g., corporate, media, and advertising by means of psychographic tactics and strategies.

7.  Political correctness turns wrong into right forever.
Our strategy of life is now dependent on image and popularity, rather than performance and success. It is this myth which commands respect, and the elite is  dependent on it in order to lead and to govern the masses. Because it is easier to put others down,  rather than to compete on equal footing in the arena of action, the “gotcha” mentality means that popularity is the reward for political correctness

8. The use of generalities in the abstract to argue a political point is by definition using a false premise and is therefore invalid.
For example, If I’m getting rained on, I don’t want to hear about how there is  30% chance of rain.  It is 100% to me.

9.  Need, greed and fear are the methods used to move the masses.

10.  Those that claim they need to see with perfect clarity before they decide, will never decide. It’s easier to go with those in power than to fill their minds with the “what if’s.”

11. The Grass is always greener - until you get there.
Because envy is so prolific in our society, we can’t see that the “greener grass” is not so green compared to what we have already had.

12.  If I have to explain it to you, then you will never understand.
Some things need NO explanation, so why try?  The HYPER-civilized intellectually elite will poke holes in the best of truths; thus there are many reasons why men will sabotage the obvious.

13.  The world does not owe you a living. It did GIVE you free will.
Your life is a blessing. We are all dealt with a particular set of God giving rights.  One is free will.  With your own ethics and character, comes the  ability to shape your own life,   for better or worse. The choice is ultimately yours to make.

14.  Money does not grow on trees.
Money is a reflection of your time and the value that your reality commands.  The capricious attitude of many today towards finance and wealth is in direct opposition to natural law, which commands you respect the work you do.

15. If you think you know - you don’t know.
Those that know and know that they know, follow them for they are wise.
There are but a few, but one either
 1. Thinks he knows (very dangerous, and ill advised to gamble the future on those who think they know.)
 2.  Believes they know.  Until one finds more relevant and factual information to contradict ones acts with belief.                                                                                                                                   3. Then there are those who know that they know.  Follow them, for they are wise.

16.  An attitude of gratitude. (The sad man with no shoes until he met the man with no feet.)
A lot of men will prefer to see what we don’t have that others might possess, and want it.
.(see #10)  Then there are those who understand that it isn’t a matter of good things are,  but how bad it is not.  “I guess I don’t have it that bad.”
17.  You can be anyway you want, just cop to it
I have more regard for the axe murder who gave me an option of getting a bigger axe or by getting out of dodge, than I do for the people in positions of authority that speak with both sides of their mouth, and not simultaneously.

18.  It’s not what you know that is important; it is what you don’t know.
If you don’t know what you don’t know,  you are liable to group it in what you do know - and that is more dangerous, than thinking you know. (see #15)

19.  The opposite of love is not hate, it is indifference.
Indifference is a razor sharp blade. You will never see the blood result, or quiet satisfaction of “knowing confidently and with silence.” More relevance is given to whom we suggest we are not in tune with. Your desire to provide comfort for them by virtue of your own discomfort thus granting their desires.

20.  Talk is cheap, but affordable.
People find it so easy to discuss matters of little importance, or make pronouncements on what they know little about.

21.  IFa, WOULDa, COULDa
Cop out words, used to sabotage, derail, cloud, smoke screen, and the like when using to defend one’s position, visa a vi, defensiveness.

22.  If it doesn’t matter it shouldn’t

23.   Confidence is an expression of silence

24.  A good idea today is better than a perfect idea tomorrow. (see #10)

25.  There is a right way to do the wrong thing.
When wrong, to be forthright in the acknowledgement of same

26. Two wrongs don't make it right. Thus invalidates your argument.

27.  Everything is ok, even being wrong is ok.(see 25)
As long as you know it is wrong, and ultimately your moral clock isn’t being adjusted to fit the event, you are simply deciding to be human. Accountability not withstanding.

28. Why be lazy, when stupid does the trick? Laziness takes a thought, such as....err  "not today, I'm just - too stupid, to even know about lazy.
