What the hell GIVES?

For the life of me, I can't figure it out.  Disfigurement....and so much more.

 I remember once when towns with tons of billboards would be ridiculed beyond compare....How about those bumper sticker laden vehicles?

Is ones body, now but a CANVAS to which blank has no value.
